Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: I like the price of the property and the convenience it was to Wilton Manor (20min drive), Miami (35min drive), and FAU stadium (10min drive).

Negative: The bathroom shower pan is what I disliked. I understood that the property was old and slowly getting renovations but the shower pan could have been replaced. Looking at it you’d think it’s dirty and haven’t been cleaned.

Summary: Great stay with little to no issues.
