Summary: Overall all customer service was great. The bathroom had lots of mold on the ceiling as well as water damage in the corner of the room adjoin to the bathroom. Years in the carpet and lather torn chairs at desk. I’ve stayed at Holiday Inn scores and one of my favorite hotels. This stay was a little disappointing 3rd floor room 314
