Perched on top of the hill overlooking the village, this historic house situated on the west side of Eagles Mere Avenue provides stunning views of the lake that are unmatched on the mountaintop. The house is just a moments’ stroll from the village shops, laurel path, and the Hardly Able - which provides easy access to the beach. The large porch with wicker furniture overlooks an expansive lawn with panoramic views of the lake. An open-air stone sun porch furnished with table and chairs sitting aside a garden equals the perfect setting for outdoor meals.
First Floor: One grand living room with fireplace and one open living area with fireplace, television and card table with chairs make a perfect area for puzzles, cards, and board games, all of which are amply provided; a spacious dining room with original murals and views of the lake; powder room with shower; fully-equipped, eat -in kitchen provides a stove, two refrigerators, double sink, microwave, coffee maker, butlers pantry w/ dishwasher and sink; cozy breakfast room with beautiful morning light; laundry room containing both a washer and a dryer; back staircase with additional bath with a claw foot tub on the landing.
