Welcome to our charming, newly renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home nestled in the vibrant and walkable Hillcrest neighborhood. Boasting a perfect blend of historic charm and modern amenities, this stylish abode provides a spacious retreat for your stay. The space
We have a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities; crockpot, tea pot, bakeware, coffee/espresso machine, ground coffee, a selection of teas and creamer just to name a few. The dining room seats 6-8 people and perfect for a family meal. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with walk-in closets. The Primary Bath has a shower and the hall bath has a tub. Lots of storage throughout the house. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms and a full bath, as well as a stocked kitchenette with mini fridge and microwave. One of the downstairs bedrooms has a pull-out trundle bed. The second Living Room has a large sectional, a game table, and a big screen TV with sound system. There are board games to enjoy as well. There is an entrance to the covered patio and fenced-in backyard through the downstairs. This house is great for a family or just adults and has lots of room to spread out. The neighborhood has a playground and a park. The best part is the close proximity to Kavanaugh Blvd where you can enjoy the shops and restaurants. We love it here and we know that you will too! You will have access to the entire property. There is room for 1 car in the driveway and ample street parking in front.
Other things to note
We kindly ask that you remove your shoes upon entering to preserve our floors and rugs. There is a place to keep your shoes just inside the front door. This is our family home and we take great pride in it. We ask that all guests respect our neighbors by not having extra guests or throwing parties of any kind. Smoking and vaping are not allowed. Animals are not permitted. There is a fireplace upstairs but we ask, for insurance reasons, that you do not use it. We are a military family and live here for half of the year with our two children. We ask that you respect our space and our belongings as if they were your own. We hope that you love staying here as much as we do!
