The media room also has 2 queen sleeper sofas, so the house sleeps more like a 6 bedroom. The open-concept living spaces are bright and inviting, with large windows that pull in those peaceful lake views, while the kitchen and dining areas are designed for everything from slow morning coffees to big group dinners. Step outside and you’ll find a private heated pool, a cozy fire pit for evenings under the stars, and your own private dock—ideal for jumping in the water or heading out for a day on the lake. Less than 20 steps to the water on a flat lot!!
Inside, there’s no shortage of ways to stay entertained. The bunk room is perfect for kids (or the young at heart), and the dedicated movie room sets the scene for laid-back nights in. One of the standout features is the multi-sport simulator room offering 27 different sports—from full-scale golf to soccer, football, baseball, tennis, and more. There’s something for everyone no matter the weather. DON'T FORGET PICKLEBALL, there’s also a private court outside, making it easy to squeeze in a friendly match before heading down to the water.

The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th. Keep in mind that this property sits in a cove where the water levels are not as high as other areas of the lake. When the lake is lowered it will be completely dry with no visible water at all.***
