This villa was extensively renovated in early 2023 and is located on a spacious corner lot, just one block from the River. It only takes 2 minutes by boat to get out on the open water. The location is an absolute dream for boaters. One of the highlights is the fantastic water views with many romantic sunsets.
It is close to Cape Coral beach and the beach restaurant "The Boathouse" and you can walk there in about 5 minutes. The Yacht Club area was highly underrated for many years. However, this has now changed and one new house after the other is being built here, or many houses, like ours, are being extensively renovated.
This very bright and modern furnished villa offers a total of 3 bedrooms (2x king size and 1x queen size) and 3 bathrooms (all with shower and toilet). The two king bedrooms have direct access to the pool area. The large living room is extremely bright and friendly as it is completely equipped with sliding glass doors. The floor in the entire living and dining area, as well as in the kitchen has been newly tiled. Even the dining area has 2 large sliding glass doors. Despite the somewhat older style of construction, this home is light and bright with great attention to detail.
The complete kitchen as well as the modern countertop are also new and equipped with all imaginable items. All electrical appliances are new and up to date.
We are also happy to rent you our Hurricane Sundeck 237 boat with 200 HP. We also rent one of our boats. Cape Coral is a waterway dream.
Smoking is not permitted in this villa.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. No exception.
On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.
For your information: The garage can not be used, only the parking space in front is available.
Electricity is not included in the rental price and will be charged according to consumption and will be collected at the check-out on site.
We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.
