Beautiful secluded house located on the Gunnison River. If you want to enjoy the outdoors this is the place for you. Enjoy a fire inside or out, sit on the back porch and soak in the beauty or hang out by the river. The house is simple and cozy but the outdoor access and land is simply excellent!
Large grass and treed areas with small seasonal stream through the property, excellent fishing, sit by the river and scout the bald eagle population. It is an excellent home base for all your winter and summer activities. Our family has been enjoying this spot for many years and now you can enjoy it as well.

Summary: This lovely home is set in the middle of nature along the Gunnison River, and we absolutely loved it! The home is spacious,clean, and well-supplied. Excellent communication from the property manager made our arrival and departure stress-free. We appreciate all that this Gunnison home has to offer, and we hope to return and create more memories!
