The highlight of any vacation is the sugar-white sands and crystal clear water you’ll find merely steps from the vacation rental’s entrance. Just across Cape San Blas Road, you’ll find the bountiful St. Josephy Bay and the Loggerhead Bike Trail that stretches from the State Park to the opposite end of the peninsula. As already mentioned, what vacation is complete without local souvenirs as well as Hunt’s Brothers Pizza, homemade donuts, ice cream cones, and fresh seafood served already steamed or raw to use in your own family recipes?
This nicely furnished and decorated single-family home features a gulf view deck on every floor with the top floor sundeck including views of the bay as well. This home was thoughtfully laid out to maximize views of the Gulf of Mexico and St. Joseph Bay. It’s as though you’re perched beachfront without beachfront pricing. With just a private sand road separating the property and the beach access, getting everything down to the beach for the day will be a very easy task. Three of the bedrooms are located on the first floor with the main living area dividing both floors of sleeping space with the top floor designed to be more of a kid room. Guests can reach this top floor by climbing the spiral staircase originating in the living room. The main living level is situated in a large open space with fantastic views from all around.
