Summary: The condo is in a great spot for sure, we didn’t need to drive anywhere the entire time, just walked around OB! I will say that it should be noted when booking that it is a busier area of town, the homeless set up camp around the grassy area, there was a fire show and fireworks one night, and it’s a bustling public parking area - so if someone is looking for serene quiet, I would not recommend this spot. A few difference between the photos and actual condo - no egg chair, and the patio is re-arranged, but a pleasant surprise, no carpet, the entire condo is tile. There wasn’t a mop or a broom though, so lots of sand around the condo after day 2. We also couldn’t take the trash out because of the encampment around the dumpster. Overall the condo is a good beach condo with a lot to do around the area.
