Summary: Property was fantastic - very convenient access to restaurants and shopping with just a short walk with great views out of the attached lower level and especially upper level deck off of the main bedroom. This offered excellent views across the Swaner Preserve. Townhome had an attached garage and newer carpet, along with plenty of room. Upon arrival, HVAC was not operational. Host had it repaired the next day, and comped us a night. Host was very responsive and communicative.
