1 Bedroom Cottage in South Hero

Rockhaven Tennis Cottage is a unique, charming and rustic self contained cottage on the shores of Lake Champlain surrounded by open farm fields.
The owners Tom and Catherine live on site in the main house with their two springer spaniels. There is a further one bedroom cottage (Island View) which is also available to rent. The cottage has shared use of the beautiful gardens and access to the dock and lake.
This is a non smoking property and is unsuitable for children and those with limited mobility as the stairs to the dock are steep. The property has wi fi.
The Tennis Cottage has one double bedroom and a shower room. Its kitchen is fully equipped. Outside, the deck area has seating for two, wonderful lake views and a BBQ.
The town of South Hero with its restaurants is 3 miles away and Burlington a 25 minute drive.
We don’t have a tennis court as part of amenities.

Summary: Quaint cottage with everything you need for a quiet getaway with your spouse. We loved Lake Champlain and the Island of South Hero - great anchor location for hiking, biking, and some of the best breweries in the US (Foam Brewing, The Alchemist, and Hill Farmstead). Catherine was a great host - we will definitely be back
