Located less than 5 minutes from the Big Sugar Gravel Trail, this just over 800 sq foot uniquely designed space will be a fun and relaxing stay for the avid cyclist, motorcyclist, golfer or anyone wanting a space to unwind!
The Gravel Trail Getaway offers a small garage for bike storage complete with workstation including basic tools, and bike wash items.
Sit out back on the deck surrounded by trees and relax by the gas fire pit or take a stroll down to Sugar Creek while you enjoy your getaway!
The space
This "apartment like" space is uniquely designed for comfort and simplicity. It is only about 2 minutes from the Big Sugar gravel trail and located on the Big Sugar golf course.
The space has a kitchenette area complete with fridge, microwave, Keurig machine, toaster oven and electric water kettle.
You will be about 5 minutes from the town of Pea Ridge where you will find your typical fast food places, along with a couple of Mexican restaurants, a Neighborhood Market, coffee shops and donut shop! Also located in the Big Sugar golf club is Coopers Bar and Grill where you can get great sandwiches and appetizers.
(There is also a laundromat located in Pea Ridge, and we are happy to do a small load of laundry if we are around, should the need arise.)
You are also just under 8 miles from downtown Rogers and about 12 miles from downtown Bentonville!
Walmart home offices are about 7 miles away for an easy commute if you're here on business!!
We have set up for you, high speed internet and a smart T.V both upstairs and down for your streaming ease! Stairs lead up to the bedroom, where you will find a comfortable space complete fan and sound machine,
and a cozy sitting area.
The upstairs bedroom sleeps two comfortably on a queen size bed, and opens up to a beautiful and serene deck where you can enjoy listening to the birds or sit by the fire pit!
We do have cameras located near the front door area and back door area for your security, but these only have a limited view of the door areas.
Please feel free to use the small "garage" space for your bike and/or motorcycle storage or as a place to utilize the basic tools provided and bike wash supplies.
We live across the street and encourage questions about the area, or anything else you might need! The beautiful "Little Sugar Creek" runs behind our home across the street, and we would love for guests to enjoy the picnic area or swing we have out back! Please let us know if you would like to do so!

We want guests to know that there are stairs in this unit leading up to the bedroom, in case stairs could be an issue. Also we want to remind potential guests that this unit does NOT have an oven or cooktop! Also, no washer and dryer in this unit.
