Summary: Our stay was extremely disappointing and nowhere near worth the price. We were not allowed to check in early, which would have been understandable if our room had at least been ready by the scheduled check-in time. Instead, it was not available until after 4:10 p.m. Breakfast cost $63.88 for a family of four, yet it was the same basic food most hotels provide for free and somehow tasted worse. Nearly everything had the texture and flavor of rubber. The arcade was also a mess. Several games were broken or completely out of service. When the air hockey table stopped dispensing the puck, an employee actually told us to hit the side of the machine to make it work. The Wi-Fi was either unavailable or completely unreliable. The only option was an open guest network that anyone could access, whether they were staying at the hotel or not. The mini-golf course badly needed to be sprayed for mosquitoes, and the outdoor bar was never open during our stay. On top of that, the employee responsible for opening mini golf arrived 40 minutes late, but we were still charged full price without an apology or discount. Overall, the experience was overpriced, poorly maintained, and frustrating from beginning to end. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.
