This two story house in Sunland Estates , sleeps up to 8 people in 4 queen beds comfortably. It is just a few blocks from the community park and Columbia River, with a community store, gas station and pizzeria across the street. The Gorge Amphitheater and Cave B Winery are only 5 miles away. Many other tasting rooms within a 30 minute radius.
The main floor has a spacious kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom with queen bed, bathroom and laundry room. The upstairs is an open area with two queen beds, large full bathroom with double sinks, shower and bathtub, two large closets, and separate bedroom with a queen bed.
The living room and downstairs bedroom both have sliding glass doors which lead out to the large deck. The fenced backyard has outdoor seating with a BBQ and large grass area. The home is equipped with wi-fi and has a 55” smart tv you can use your subscriptions on.
The community has a large park with horseshoes, volleyball, a kids playground and basketball court available (Community pool and tennis courts are HOA member use only and not included in this rental as an amenity). The large, grassy park has wonderful access to the Columbia River. Bring your floaties, paddle boards and beach chairs for a great day on the River. Or launch your boat, pontoon or SeaDoos at the Community boat launch and enjoy the day on the River.
