Summary: This vacation rental is exactly as described and then some. Katrina is the most responsive host I have ever had the pleasure of communicating with. She checks on you and your needs and thinks about the small details. She puts your drink preferences in the refrigerator, has fresh flowers beautifully arranged, and there is plenty of everything you could need. She even provides mosquito repellent and sunscreen in case you forget yours. The house is exactly as described and while the pictures she posts are beautiful, they do not do justice to how beautiful and clean this home is. It is very spacious with plenty of room for a large family. Our family especially loved the hammocks and fire pit in the backyard (we made smores and just hung out as a family). There were extra linens, blankets, pillows, and throws. I honestly can't think of a single thing this home didn't have that would have enhanced our trip. A few things to note depending on what your plans are, the kitchen has plenty of cookware and things to bake with, the spices are minimal though so consider bringing what you prefer to season with. No need to bring your own outdoor chairs, Katrina has thoughtfully provided those. There is also an abundance of towels, no need to pack extras. Last but not least, come prepared to make amazing memories because all the hard work has already been done for you. We will be coming back in the future!
