I truly appreciate and enjoy providing my home to guest visiting Philly. Close to Center City, Temple University, and all visitor points. Perfectly spaced out, comfortable, and very quaint for you and your guest w all the comforts of home. The Space This is a private two bedroom house when you enter you have a modern living room with flat screen TV, comfortable couch, perfect lighting and windows for natural sunlight. Next to the living room you have a breakfast bar where you can sit and enjoy your comfortable meals. Full kitchen ready to use including all you need; Microwave, Oven and Stove, Fridge and Freezer, Quality Pots and Pans, Utensils, Toaster and everything you need to make the best of having your own kitchen. Upstairs you have two private bedrooms one has a full-size bed, great closet space, nice windows for natural sunlight, comfortable area, nice lighting. The other room is just as nice and has 2 single twin beds which sleep 2 guest, bed, dresser, flat screen tv with AC. There is a full bathroom with shower and tub installation, toilet, vanity and mirror. The house has everything you need to make your stay a great stay, come and enjoy this space. We will be more than happy to host you. Guest Access You have access to the entire house except the basement and the yard is being updated at this time. Interaction with Guests When you rent the house privately, there is minimal or no interaction at all unless you require it and I am available. The house is yours to enjoy. The Neighborhood This is the Temple University Area, an area that has seen major development and growth since 2007. With over 200 new properties built and many new constructions taking place you will see the areas development happening. This is not Center City or a party or hanging out area, but you are minutes away from every other part of Philadelphia that is. Its a Philadelphia inner City neighborhood going through great development. You can get anywhere in 10-20 minutes from here, Center City, Airports, Stadiums, Historical Points etc. Getting Around It’s easy to get around Philadelphia from this home. You can walk to the Subway a few minutes and blocks away and take it to Center City (5 mins), Stadiums for all concert and sporting events (15-20 Mins) and Airport (30 Mins+), Convention Center (2 stops by subway), Benjamin Franklin Parkway & Arts Museum (3 Stops by subway). You can also drive to Center City which is about 7-9 mins from the house. Easy access from this property. There is parking in the area you can park outside the house or around the corner.
