Easy ride to world class mountain biking trails, close to marinas and boating on the lake, beautiful world class Art Museums- Crystal bridges and the Momentary. Closest public boat ramp and beach is 3 minutes away as soon as you get to Highway 12 by the bridge. Prairie creek marina is a 6 minute drive from the house where you can rent boats and waverunners and enjoy a day out on the lake making beautiful memories. Available at the house are 2 inflatable paddle boards with oar, an inflatable 2 person canoe with 2 oars and 3 beach chairs that you can take with you and enjoy on hikes to watering holes or at the lake. Beautiful hiking is a short drive with historical sites to visit. This is a very special place where you have privacy and yet close to downtown Rogers and Bentonville and a 45 minute drive to historic Eureka!
