We are located just a few blocks/46 seconds away from the Amazing park! Featuring brand new Pickleball courts! Swimming pool with kids area! Skateboard park! Dog park! Disc Golf!
We are also in the golf cart zone! You can zip to the beach super fast from our house!
The space
Outside lots of parking and covered space for gathering and fun! Even a fish cleaning area. Lots of outdoor lighting and picnic tables. Large back yard for your fur kid! Ground level storage where you will find your beach chairs and cooler.
Big deck on the First floor with lots of seating. The upstairs bedroom features it’s own balcony.
Come inside and see the vaulted ceilings on the first level. Two nice sized bedrooms, both with quality comfortable Queen beds. Wide open Family area and chef’s kitchen! Tons of counterspace. Large dining table and an extra drink refrigerator right next to the entry door! Convenient full bath in hallway.
Head upstairs to the King suite with its own large full bath with double sinks! Enjoy the private balcony before you retire your day to the comforting King bed!
Housetrained dogs are allowed with paid pet fee (2 dogs maximum, 50lb limit per dog.) Pet Fee is $125
