Fabulous 1 bdrm, 1 bath 8th floor unit w\northeast view of beach & city from either balcony off living room or bedroom. Kitchen features breakfast bar, full size fridge, cooktop coffee maker, & microwave! Bdrm has 2 queen sized beds & queen sleeper in living room. Listen to the waves from either balcony sipping your morning coffee. Resort is beachfront and directly across the street from shopping mall with grocery store, Walgreens, retail shops, dining options including an ice cream parlor.
Beautiful views from 2 balconies! Brand new carpet and furniture make this unit fresh and enjoyable. The kitchen has everything you could need to fix meals or visit any of the nice area restaurants. Comfy beds for a good night's sleep and 2 tvs to watch whatever you're wanting.
Currently the amenities at this resort are closed. Guests have beach access from the north side ramp. We also have our own private parking lot next to the resort, as our parking garage is closed for repairs. We also have coin laundry available on site.
We are located 8 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral.
Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion!
New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone!
If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area.
