Positive: The front desk tried very hard to fix booking.com problem.

Negative: The room had a funky odor. The carpet needed to be vacumed. The soap was.two tiny bars. No pump soap or pump body lotion. Food in breakfast was warmish not hot. Coffee wasnt hot.
