Summary: The room was clean and was fairly comfortable. For being a handicap accessible, there was a tub/shower combo, not a walk in and the toilet was extremely low. It was a large bathroom though. There was no one at the desk and we had to call a number and wait which was a bit frustrating after and 13 hour drive. The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. Our room was right off the lobby so the non smoking is not adhered to. There was no complimentary breakfast as indicated, even on their sign. They had that portion taped off so it couldn't be accessed. There is no sound proofing between floors. We could hear the people above us walking around. It sounded like they were going to come through our ceiling. Plenty of noisy people in the halls at late night/early morning hours. A 2 night stay for my son's AIT graduation was plenty. The hotel location to the base entrance is the best and the main reason for choosing it.
