Summary: Salvador and Katie's property was perfect for my group of co-workers for our trip to SXSW. We had a large group of 14 people and definitely enjoyed staying here. Positives: great location - next to a couple restaurants and very close to downtown, great wifi for working remotely, very clean and new, well-stocked kitchen, great hosts - communicative and helpful, really great stay for Austin! highly recommend Cons: the listing stated that there would be a washer dryer during our stay, but unfortunately, those appliances were not available to us because there was some issue with the delivery of the machines. It was inconvenient for us, but I'm sure the next guests will have this available. Additionally, the listing stated that the house could hold 16 guests and even with our 14 guests, it was a tight squeeze. We had some people sleeping on air mattresses and it definitely was not as comfortable as it could be. Would say the most comfortable number of people would be closer to 10! Overall, we enjoyed staying here and it was perfect for all of our needs. Thank you Salvador and Katie.
