Beautiful waterfront Hayden Lake home designed for entertaining with a large open kitchen, dining and living space with an additional separate bonus music/tv room. A deck wraps around the entire front of the home. The house is located at the top of a knoll with stairs down to the sandy beach. You will feel like you are staying in an Eagle’s Eyrie (nest) in the trees with a view you won’t forget.
Beautiful sandy beach area. The beach size will be contingent upon the time of year. Adirondack chairs and access to 2 paddle boards, 2 adult and 2 children’s kayaks. There are A LOT of stairs to the beach so be prepared for a little exercise. NO dock use.
Integrated dining, kitchen and living room with access to a huge wrap around deck for entertaining. BBQ, hot tub and picnic table with plenty of seating. Floor to ceiling two story windows with lake views. Main floor bedroom with queen bed. Laundry room, full bath and mud room with access to the lake stairs complete the main floor.
The primary bedroom encompasses the entire second floor with separate deck, office and en-suite bathroom.
In the bonus area above the garage is a music/tv room with a large reclining sectional, queen sized Murphy bed with a curtain for privacy and full bathroom. The third bedroom has a single loft bed with a pull out single trundle bed. A secret room accessible through a bookcase is sure to be your kid’s favorite spot.
Sit it the 7 person hot tub overlooking the lake or watch your favorite show on the outdoor tv.
Feel free to grab fresh eggs from our hens if they are laying.
We live on the property in a tiny house. you will share parking us (but there will still be plenty). You will see or hear dogs and cats although we will do our best to keep them from disturbing you.
Trampoline, Dock, boat slip and diving platform are NOT for guest use. We DO NOT allow boats or personal watercraft to be beached or anchored on the premisis.
