I offer a luxury studio condo with a balcony directly overlooking Dickson street, Fayetteville’s social and entertainment center. Just walk out the front door and you are steps away from everything Fayetteville has to offer including the University of Arkansas Campus, Dickson street bars, restaurants, and the Walton Arts center.
Located on the 4th floor of the Dickson Building, a premier high-rise development just one block from the University and within walking distance of Razorback football games.
Guests will enjoy private access to the full studio condominium including a reserved parking spot in the covered deck behind the building, access to high speed Wi-fi, a smart TV equipped with Netflix and HBO for any down time, and an easy to use Keurig coffee machine stocked with coffee and tea!
The Inside has a modern “urban” design, granite counter tops, hardwood floors, and a fully stocked kitchen. Double glass doors lead to a 4th story balcony that is front and center of the building, and directly over Dickson street.
Sleeping arrangements include a full bed to one side of the studio and a leather couch that easily folds into a twin bed on the other. Extra linens and pillows will be provided in the closet.
Guests will have access to everything the condo has to offer, with the exception of one of the storage closets.
