****Sienna is a very well maintained property, and there are many owners that reside there. Our quiet hours from 10PM until 9AM are enforced. We ask you to not only respect other guests with this but also our owners. We acknowledge that this is your vacation, and it is time to relax and refresh but please remember this is also our home.
****Please note...this condo has been renovated for my husband and I as this will be our retirement home. The master bath and both guest bathrooms were renovated in 2019. The kitchen was fully renovated in 2020.
Our nightly rate may be higher than other rentals on the coast, for this reason. We welcome guests who will treat our home as their own. Sienna on the Coast is a beautiful 82 unit complex that is located halfway between Gulfport and Biloxi. Fall in love with beachfront living from the moment you walk in to the lobby. An indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, small fitness facility and steam room are located on the ground level. Just outside of the complex you will find an infinity pool with a gradual slope, perfect for the little ones in your party. A putting green is adjacent. Let the memories begin as you enter your 'home away from home' Large windows across the end of the living room and master provide you views of the Gulf from the moment that you walk in. The setting of this condo is unique in that it not only has windows across the front but to the west side as well. Can there be anything better than sunsets over Gulfport as you have your evening meal around the dining table with seating for six? Additional seating for four is at the bar. Retreat to the beautiful master suite that hosts a king size bed with pillow top mattress. Enjoy a completely renovated master bath (October 2019) that has quartzite counter tops, custom cabinets, walk in shower with bench and a soaking tub. The second bedroom hosts a queen size bed and has an adjacent full size bath that has been renovated. The third bedroom also hosts a queen size bed. A full bath is attached that has been renovated. Our kitchen was fully renovated in October of 2020. Preparing your meals in our custom kitchen will be a treat with sub zero refrigerator and Wolf cook top, microwave and oven. Our wet bar has a full size Sub Zero wine refrigerator with beverage drawer and ice maker. Quartzite countertops, and custom cabinetry complete the kitchen. All linens and towels are provided. The condo also has a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The balcony will provide you with the best views along the coast. There is group entertainment seating for eight. Your balcony is private.

Summary: Spacious rooms--Family vacation to celebrate the Labor Day holiday and end of summer. 6 adults and 2 babies, 1 yr. old and 10 month old. Easy to get to and only a little over 2 hour drive from home. Lots of good restaurants nearby: Blue Dog Bistro, Blow Fly Grill and Bar, Shaggy's on the Beach, Patio 44 to name a few. Grocery store (Rouse's) nearby too. We all loved the pool, especially the babies. The zero entry area of the pool was a great place for them to paddle around and play in. The young moms really appreciated the plastic dishes for the babies and having the Pack N' Play to use for sleeping was handy too. We did have to bring one with us from home because they both slept in one. We went with low expectations ( because of the babies) and we were pleasantly surprised. All in all a really great trip!
