Stay in a darling one bedroom one bath home in the heart of downtown Bentonville, the lamp lighter district, three blocks (2-3 min walk) away from the Bentonville Square, including brewpubs, restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, bike trails, the back entrance to Crystal Bridges, & a fantastic Walmart Neighborhood Market around the corner. It has a tiny fenced in side area/yard, full kitchen, one bath with a stackable washer/dryer, at&t high speed wireless internet. Parking right in front on the driveway. Located on a quiet side residential street yet in an ideal location to the trails & square. We love our neighbors! We have received fabulous feedback regarding the location.

The Space:
An ideal place to stay for up to two only, a couple or single traveler wanting an adorable little house short walking distance to the Bentonville Square, the bike trails & Crystal Bridges. It's also nice for business travelers wanting more space/privacy than a hotel, including a full kitchen (5 mt. drive to Walmart's Home Office).
If you need more space, you can also rent our short term rental next door also listed on the site. It is larger with 2 full baths/3 bedrooms, sleeps more guests.
*Kids 1-12 are considered guests.
Guest Access:
The house sleeps ONLY 2 guests per visit, one bedroom with a queen bed and one bath. The bathroom is nice, comfortable size, modern tile, a single sink vanity, glass shower, & a stackable standard sized washer/dryer.
The kitchen has stainless appliances, a fridge with an icemaker, an electric 4 burner stove, electric oven, a small dishwasher, a big sink, granite countertops, chunky cool subway tile, bronze/modern hardware, microwave, toaster, keurig, & all the basics for cooking (pots, pans, dishes, silverware, containers, cooking bowls...). The house has an open concept & vaulted ceilings. There is a table with 4 chairs and a side door by the fridge that opens to the side of the house that has a privacy fence. There is a pergola in the front of the house with a table & 4 chairs. The house has a gray walls, white trim, very shabby chic/bohemian style. Deliciously warm & inviting.
*Note, we wash all blankets & bedding after each guest. We have multiple blankets & sheet sets that get washed & rotated through.
Calendar restricitions:
I only book Friday & Saturday nights together unless guests stay 3 or more nights; then they can book one weekend night vs two. Occasionally, there will be an odd night on the calendar that we will open up for one night so make sure to look at the calendar.
Getting Around:
You can walk or bike to the Bentonville Square (2-5min walk) and the bike trails, all approximately 3 blocks away. The house is located on the northwest corner of the square, closest to the Preacher's Son restaurant. You can also uber or drive to anywhere else in the Bentonville or Rogers area, all within a 5-15 minute drive (movies, malls, playgrounds, parks..).
Owner/manager:
I live 2 blocks away and am available via text or email to help with anything house related/recommendations. There is a lock box with a code/key inside upon arrival. Check-in is anytime after 4pm and check-out is by 11am. I will also send you a check in message with the code to the lock box before your visit.
