Summary: The location is so good. Literally leave the parking lot and launch the boat one parking lot over. The condo is comfortable, and has everything you’ll need to cook for a family. The bunk beds are small, so kids over 10 will be a bit cramped. Everything is well kept, but the buildings are pretty old. We struggled to sleep in the room because there’s only air conditioning in the main living room. Communication with the owner was excellent.
