One bedroom with a queen sized bed and a second bedroom with two full sized beds. Linens, towels, dishes, soaps, and cleaning supplies will be here for your use. Beautiful backyard. Carport parking.

On Main Street (2 minute drive), you'll find a cute coffeeshop, a great pizza restaurant, and some small convenience stores and gas stations.
Charles E. Baker State Forest is about 10 minutes away and has 130 miles of trails for hiking, biking, bird watching, and horseback riding. Millbrook Reservoir (5 mins away) that has camping facilities plus swimming, kayaking and fishing.
The quaint town of Cooperstown with a number of great restaurants, shops and the famous Baseball Hall of Fame is only 35 minutes away. Cooperstown All Star Village baseball is only 20 minutes from property.
There's also plenty of other attractions to check out near us such as the Northeast Classic Car Museum in Norwich or the annual Unadilla Motorcross event. You will find local antique shops, like Farmhouse Finds and Treasure Finds only 10 mins away. The Rustic Ridge Winery is less than 20 minutes for you to enjoy some great wine tasting and food.
The YMCA in Norwich is a 15 min drive to swim, play basketball, or use the gym facilities and only $10 for day pass.
New Berlin is a quaint small country town with a lot of wonderful people and beautiful scenery to take in, especially in the warmer months.
