The 55" smart tv will keep you in touch and the quiet HVAC will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The propane Weber grill is easy to access on the large outside deck. You can enjoy stargazing while roasting marshmallows over the firepit. There is ample parking for your boat. The lake can be accessed by foot at the rear of the property for fishing or swimming.
