Located right off Highway 35 you are only 10 minutes to the Port Aransas ferry and Rockport! Also, with close proximity to restaurants and stores this RV is in the perfect location for a great vacation!

This updated 2019 Sporttrek Touring RV is perfect for couples or solo travelers looking to relax after a long day of fishing or exploring the beautiful nearby beaches and attractions. It has a spacious Living Room with a cozy Fireplace, updated kitchen with all full size appliances, brand new furniture, Queen Size Bed and Outdoor seating area with a BBQ Pit and Charcoal Grill. An extra deck has also recently been added to make getting in/out easier!

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for a home cooked meal and features a full-size refrigerator, Gas stove and utensils/cookware. Keurig Coffee Maker available with coffee, creamer and sugar provided.

The Bedroom is spacious with a Queen Size Bed, Smart TV and plenty of storage for clothes and belongings during your stay. A box fan is also available in the home for those who can't live without it!! The En-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower/sink and we supply soap, shampoo, lotion, body wash and a hair dryer.

The Living room has a seating area, large couch and Smart TV.

The outdoor seating area is perfect for relaxing in the morning with coffee or after a long day at the beach!! Enjoy late night conversations next to the charcoal fire pit!

A Charcoal BBQ Pit is also provided for guest use (charcoal/lighter fluid not provided).
