Summary: Best thing about this property is that it is convenient to everything. 4 major grocery stores within 1 1/2 miles. Lots of other shops and restaurants very close. If you are there on the 4th of July, don't bother to go to the city park to see the fireworks (even though it is very close)--- just sit out in the driveway and you have the perfect view of the show (that way you don't have to fight the traffic.)
