Cottage is on one acre ( a little ranchette) Private and restfull Access is off of Covell on gravel road leds to parking atea Other acreages surround the cottage; you may see &, hear farm animals! Professionally decorated with a western flair!!. Within 2.5miles is a movie theater with a bowling alley, Starbucks , Braums ,&Qdoba; all of these on Covell. 2 miles South of cottage on Bryant are Interurban, Lookout,& Ted's . The Lookout is located at Kickingbird Golf Course!! At Bryant Square is Cicis Pizza,Torches Tacos,Taco Bell,KFC, Los Arcos,
Qdoba, Panda Express & a bakery.
Also shopping !!. Two parks are close by with running trails ;Mitch Park is 2 miless west! Mitch is also the home of the YMCA . Hafer park is 2 miles south on Bryant 12 miles north is Guthrie, OK which was the original State Capitol where many events and festivals are held every year!!! 11 miles North on I 35, is the Lazy E arena , Awesome horse events are held here every year!! There is
parking for one horse trailer at the Cottage.
