This 2 BD/1BA condo is perfect for groups or families looking to relax nearby downtown Breck. This basement level condo is spacious and gets plenty of light. Washer/dryer in unit. Recently updated bathroom that includes a shower. Elevator for accessibility.

You might find yourself stumbling into an art festival, discovering a beer fest, seeing homes built in the 1800s or enjoying local musicians playing outside as you take a scenic stroll. You will find tons of unique experiences in dining, shopping, and summer festivities. Make a reservation at The Dredge, the world's highest floating restaurant with access to walkways to enter from Adams or Jefferson Street - during the summer months you can even feed the ducks! If you have children in your group, you might consider looking into the Mountain Top Children's Museum where kids can find crafts, dress-up and building activities. While Breckenridge is great to explore year-round, there's certainly something wonderful about being able to explore all that it has to offer during the beautiful summer months! Getting Around:
Located at the south end of Main Street so the entire town of Breckenridge is accessible by foot. Check out the “Breckenridge Free Ride,” a free bus with routes to the gondola and throughout downtown.
