Welcome to Dahlonega! This newly updated, dog-friendly (pet fee applies*) home is the perfect getaway for you and your group. Sit on the back porch and listen to the Chestatee River, hang out by the fire pit and cook some s'mores, or just relax in the hot tub after a hard day of wine tasting.

This listing is only for the main floor and loft: 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The lower level has an additional 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but will be locked off and not rented during your stay. Everything listed and pictured in the listing is available to you. You won't find another 2-bedroom this large for miles around!

The main floor of the home is accessed via a ramp (no steps), and has a main floor master bedroom with a king bed. The living area will not disappoint with vaulted ceilings and a wood burning fireplace. Upstairs in the loft is another bedroom with three full-size beds.
Enjoy the outdoors on the large wraparound porch or on the terrace equipped with fire pit and hot tub.

There is no direct river access from the property, but you can access the river with just a short drive through the neighborhood to the shared access point (instructions can be found at the house).

- This listing is only available for certain dates in order to give priority to the full home listing.
- This listing does not include the additional bedrooms and laundry room on the lower level. This will be locked off during your stay, but if for whatever reason guests access this space, they will be charged an additional $200 per night and additional $100 cleaning fee.
- The bedroom in the loft is not set back much, and it does not have a front wall or a door.
- This house has great privacy but is in a subdivision. No parties or loud outdoor music at any time.
- Parking: There is room for two cars in the carport and three more in the driveway, but you may have to do some car shuffling to get cars out. No RVs or trailers without approval.

Important things to know:
• Dogs are allowed with our pet fee of $85 plus tax per dog (per stay, not day). If you've added dogs to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional dogs after booking. Please inquire before booking if you have more than 4 dogs.
• There is a $27 damage protection waiver included in the base rate for this property. It covers guests for up to $500 in accidental damages, if guest reports damage that happens during their stay. Intentional damage, unreported damage, or anything exceeding $500 will be charged to the guest's payment method.
• Our cabin has a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. We provide both types of coffee.
• We have firewood available on-site to purchase for $10 per bundle (including tax). We can also arrange a delivery of 50 pieces for $60 (including tax) if you let us know 7 days before your stay. Please message us if you are interested.
• The gas to the fireplace is turned off from May 1 to October 1.
• We have a propane grill, and we provide propane.
• Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $20 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we are able to make an exception, the fee is $20 per hour.
• The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days out from your stay.
