Welcome to coastal country fishing at Copano Bay Retreat. This waterfront home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, the Bungalow has two bedrooms and one bathroom and overlooks Copano Bay in Bayside Texas.
One of two homes situated on three acres of waterfront property. You will have access to a sparkling pool, and lighted pier.
Outside you will find picnic tables, a smoker, a gas grill, a large flat screen television, water views, and a direct access to the pool. Inside the main house, the first floor has a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to make a nice meal or whip up some coastal cocktails. There is a beautiful dining table with seating for 8 people. The living area has a large, big screen television, comfortable seating, and is the perfect place to relax and watch the big game or a fun family movie night. The sofa can double as a queen sleeper sofa and a twin pull out sleeper chair. The master bedroom is downstairs along with the master bathroom and second bathroom. Upstairs you will find the other three bedrooms. The first upstairs bedroom has a queen bed with a twin trundle bed underneath, the second has a king size bed with a queen sleeper sofa and the third has a king size bed.
In the smaller Bungalow, you will find a screened-in porch with outside seating, an open concept living, dining and kitchen with full size appliance, a flat screen television and a dining table that will seat four people. The Bungalow has two bedrooms that both have a king-sized bed. There is one bathroom with a walk-in shower and stackable washer and dryer.
