THERE IS A KING BED IN EACH BEDROOM AND THE FLAT SCREEN TV'S WITH CABLE ARE IN THE LIVING ROOM AND MASTER BEDROOM. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL VANITY/MAKE-UP AREA THAT PROVIDES YOU WITH SOME EXTRA SPACE WHEN YOU NEED IT! THE FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN HAS GRANITE COUNTER TOPS AND STAINLESS APPLIANCES AS WELL AS AN UNDER COUNTER ICE MAKER AND THAT'S A TOTAL BONUS! I ALSO PROVIDE A FULL SIZE KEURIG AND A MR. COFFEE(ANOTHER BONUS)!! THE POOL IS A 2 MINUTE WALK AWAY AND THE NEW CHARCOAL GRILLING AREA IS RIGHT BESIDE IT. THE VIEW IS AMAZING AND IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO BE HERE ON A HOLIDAY WHEN ONE OF THE MANY FIREWORKS SHOWS ARE SCHEDULED, YOU WILL LITERALLY HAVE A FRONT ROW SEAT RIGHT FROM YOUR PATIO. THIS UNIT ALSO INCLUDES AN ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE RIGHT AT YOUR FRONT DOOR! THERE IS ALSO PLENTY OF GUEST PARKING NEARBY THAT IS AVAILABLE TO YOU AS WELL! YOU WILL BE JUST A COUPLE OF MINUTES FROM GROCERIES, MALL AND SHOPPING. THE RACE TRACK IS A 5-10 MIN RIDE AWAY. BOAT RENTALS ARE LOCATED RIGHT NEXT DOOR. IF YOU NEED A BOAT SLIP, CHECK WITH ME FOR AVAILABILITY. THERE IS NO BOAT LAUNCH ON SITE HOWEVER, I DO HAVE ALL OF THAT INFORMATION THAT I AM HAPPY TO SHARE UPON BOOKING.
