A restored 3 bedroom home built by Chuck Wing around 1950. Includes a guest house, occasionally available to rent as well. The Colony at Saint Charles also has a basketball court or possibly a pickle ball court.. Beautiful original oak floors in the large living room, with a dining area directly off the 1950s kitchen. The house has one and a half bath rooms A large full bath and shower as well as a 1/2 bath in our spacious master bedroom. Air conditioning in bedrooms during the summer months. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms both feature full-size beds. We offer free internet and a Roku TV, that has many free networks or you can use your Netflix MAX or Prime account. The TV can accommodate any streaming subscription. The home sits on 3 large lots, with an enclosed garden, many tress surrounding the property. Four, 4 parking spaces. Enjoy a short 3 minute walk to Main street and the corner of South Saint Charles, one block over is The Salmon River. On weekends a Farmers market on the corner is a well stocked organic specialty market. Across Main street is The Salmon river, known as "The River of No Return" where you can rent kayaks, launch your boat and fish, or take a stroll down by the river. Walk to the city center, such as Veterans Park, Lemhi County Museum, or the many restaurants, The Last Wave and Junkyard Bistro serve a wonderful fusion menu. As well ss many unique western style stores on Main street, see the entire town of Salmon, only a few minutes walk away from The Colony.
