This spacious one-bedroom apartment has 10 windows, a downtown view, a front porch with a table and chairs, and stainless steel appliances. Walking distance or a short streetcar ride to Downtown, and many attractions, coffee shops, restaurants, museums, and clubs. Great for a fun weekend. The apartment has lots of nutty designer touches including a barber's chair. Luxurious and furnished apartment with all the modern amenities. Hardwood floors.

The apartment is located in the Midtown neighborhood, the Hipster epicenter of OKC. You are literally one block away from bars, beer gardens, restaurants, boutique shopping and art studios. A short streetcar ride will take you to your downtown conference or job interview.
We provide 2 super-high performance beach cruisers for your commuting needs. The neighborhood is super pedestrian friendly and UBER is always nearby. a Streetcar stop is located a block away and will take you to any downtown appointment and to the museums, the Civic Center, Arena and Convention Center.

Includes a queen-sized bed with a 5* Hotel quality mattress and linen and extra linen for the couch. Ample parking is available. Coin-op laundry in the basement. Free use of 1 bike. Washer and dryer in the unit. Stocked refrigerator and all cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Come and try.

Summary: We loved this property and would love to stay here again. Great points: clean, quiet, convenient location near street car stop, very good quality appliances, water pressure. Agent very accessible by phone. Good/acceptable: internet, lighting. Could be improved: agent communications via e-mail. Shower curtain rod should be replaced by sturdier equivalent. Could use some modest lighting improvements such as as lamps for reading, etc. Avoid communications on check in and check out days. Overall great place to stay, good value for money.
