The Space:
Welcome to our inviting home! As you enter, a small hallway with a coat closet leads you to the cozy living room. To the right, you'll find a hallway that leads to the bedrooms. The first two bedrooms feature comfortable full-size beds, while the third bedroom offers two queen beds and a SmartTV for entertainment.

There are two full bathrooms with tub/shower combos and toilets for your convenience. In the living space, you can enjoy a 50" RokuSmart TV, two queen-size pullout couches, and a comfortable chair. The adjacent eat-in kitchen provides seating for four, and beyond that is the laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer.

Step out through the back door to a newly built deck, where you can relax on the seating, gather around the picnic table, and savor delicious meals prepared on the grill. Please note that the yard does not have a fence.

We kindly request no smoking and no parties to ensure a pleasant environment for all guests.

This is a residential area, so we recommend driving, just know that Uber and Lyft can be available in the area as well.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Summary: Had a great time at the property. The only thing worth noting is that if you intend to bring a dog, one of the neighbors has 3 of them that can be rather barky if they spot a canine companion, so be aware that use of the backyard may result in loud noises.
