Hello! Need a short stay with great access to everything? We are just a short drive to the airport, the Walmart Amp, Bentonville fairground, Walmart Home Office and so much more. Our location makes it easy to access smaller towns like Gravette, Centerton, and Highfill. Please feel free to ask us your questions and consider staying with us the next time you are in NWA. Welcome to the House on Mistletoe. Relax and enjoy the warm and neutral tones of this home. It was designed with calmness and peace in mind to give visitors a break from everything that is going on outside. Whether traveling, working, or just needing a break, we hope you find time to unwind here.
The House on Mistletoe is newly furnished with a large beautiful vegan leather couch and a 65-inch smart TV. The living and kitchen space has large windows that allow an abundance of natural light to lighten up the home. If you enjoy sleeping in or taking naps during the day, our blackout blinds will help keep the rooms dark for your comfort. Each room has a walk-in closet and is furnished with white linen.

We are located in a safe and family-friendly neighborhood with access to a community park and outdoor pool (seasonal). The community park has a playground, a catch-and-release fishing pond, and a walking pathway with workout stations.

-We are a "leave your shoes at the door" home so that you and others can feel safe and clean in our home.
-Please be respectful of our neighbors and the noise curfew (quiet time 10pm-7am).
-Strictly no parties/large gatherings, pets/animals, and/or smoking of any kind on this property.
-You have 4 parking spots, 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway, please do not park on the street -you may be towed at your own expense.

You will have access to the entire house, appliances, kitchen supplies, and amenities. We provide enough amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room for you to get you started on your trip. We do not offer refills or provide more than what you see when you arrive. You are responsible for purchasing these items for your own personal use if they run out during your stay. The house has two cameras. One is a part of the doorbell and the other is located above the garage door. Please note that this home has been lived in and there are minor imperfections. We try our best to keep the place clean and comfortable for your stay. There are no refunds for things normal things that you may see like bugs, dusts, etc.
