- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The deck fireplace is not available for use. The other exterior firepit is available for guests to enjoy.
- Per the Navy's scheduling, there can be flyovers around this home, which can be very loud. The schedules are posted online one week in advance. Please contact our team for further information or questions.

Please be aware that the state of Washington's Department of Ecology determined that this property's water source contains high levels of per-and poly-fluoroalkyl substances ("PFAS"). To mitigate the problem, the property is equipped with a water softener and a carbon filtration system, which should, but may not, eliminate most risks associated with exposure to PFAS. By booking this property, you, on behalf of yourself and all guests in the property, acknowledge, accept, and agree to the risks associated with exposure to PFAS.
- Please note that infants are considered part of the total guest count under HOA rules.
- Whidbey Island is home to a naval air base. On a few weekdays each month (and occasionally in the evening), you may hear loud flight training. The Navy does not conduct training on weekends or holidays and typically publishes the schedule one week in advance.
- Please note the indoor fireplace is currently out of order and unavailable for guest use until further notice.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
