The home has true southwest exposure providing all day sunlight and warmth and has been fully renovated to carefully maintain the historical look and feel.

This beautiful historic 3 bedroom house is located on 5 acres and is just a short walk to Roche Harbor.

Summary: We had a great time. The space and kitchen were terrific for our family dinners. A few repairs that were fixed made it a little awkward. The repairman was pleasant and from a local family we were familiar with so it was good that we trusted him to work while we were there.The upstairs bathroom really needs a locking knob. . .blackberry runners should be cut back from the back steps. Housekeepers should report back to owners about them if gardeners haven’t been by for a while.The repairman/locksmith fixed the doorknob on the Queen room so it stays closed now.It’s a very old building so things need to be expected.
