Positive: I was a little nervous being this was my first private rental outside a hotel . My friend and I rented two of them next to each other . It was soo fun ! They were absolutely beautiful, comfortable and the host was so responsive. Honestly better than most hotels and for reference I usually stay at 4+ . It had so much charm I felt safe and really got a feel of the community. The location is very convenient whether you want to have a nice little brunch at RH or San Ysiadro ranch or zip over to the Rosewood or downtown. We can’t wait to go back summer . Despite the previous bad reviews regarding pets …. I had my pet with me and it wasn’t a problem at all . The host was extremely welcoming to my little Thor :) However if you have bigger dogs that may bark and disturb the neighborhood I can see it being an issue .
