Our cozy lakeside home is located at the end of a beautiful, windy drive through a quiet neighborhood in Lowell, Arkansas! Tucked away behind a grove of trees,Blueberry Hill Lake House provides the perfect oasis for anyone looking to get away from it all.
Up the porch steps, the front door will lead you into our newly updated kitchen. There, you'll find all the necessary amenities for cooking, baking, and making that perfect cup of coffee.Through one end of our kitchen you'll find the Master/King bedroom with bathroom, while on the other end you'll find our 6-top dining table, living area, and direct access to the back patio.
Enjoy our bright, open concept living room and dining area with windows looking out toward the water. Our large dining table has 6 chairs, while our kitchen bar top offers two additional seats. Our lake-themed living room is the perfect setting for enjoying conversation with friends, taking in wildlife views, watching tv, or curling up in our home's giant lounge chair with a good book.
Off the kitchen and dining area, step out onto our furnished back patio featuring a dining table, BBQ grill, cozy lounge area, fenced-in yard, and fire pit area with 5 Adirondack chairs.
At the end of the day, head in for some well-deserved shut eye in one of our beds. Choose from (1) Our King/Master bedroom complete with a walk-in closet, Smart TV, private lounge area with sofa, and nearby bath. (2) Our Queen bedroom complete with a walk-in closet and nearby bath. (3) Our third bedroom, which features 4 Twin beds - 2 normal beds with 2 trundles beneath - a seating area, and closet. (4) Our second Queen bed which features a Smart TV and closet. Please note that while we DO provide a room divider, the upstairs twin room & upstairs queen room are attached via a short hallway and do not have a privacy door.

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.
The dock behind the property does NOT belong to Blueberry Hill Lakehouse. If guests trespass on the dock or the easements to the dock (road & stairs) a $2,500 fee will be incurred, and the sheriff will be called for trespassing.

House Rules Strictly Enforced:
Parties or guest’s actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $40 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
