Summary: I came down from SC with two 18 year olds, a 17 year old and a 16 year old to see the Gator Bowl. We lucked up on this listing for Jacksonville. Great location, very clean and comfortable house with a super cute backyard/courtyard, where another cottage is. The owner lives next door and was very nice and quick to respond to any inquiry. I hope to have another occasion to come to Jacksonville and rent this awesome house!
