Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to all Bentonville has to offer! Our home has a 2-car garage perfect for bike storage or to park cars. The neighboring side of the duplex is also a short-term rental, so if you have a larger group- reach out to us to see if it is also available!
Inside, you'll enjoy our warm, inviting home and luxury amenities. Our living room is the perfect setting for enjoying conversation with friends, snuggling up to watch a movie on our 48-inch Samsung Smart TV or playing a few board games. Upon entering the kitchen, you'll find our 8-person dining table with direct access to the porch. Our kitchen features stunning blue cabinetry and plenty of bar seating, plus all the necessary amenities for cooking, baking and making that perfect cup of coffee.
Head downstairs to enjoy our game room and office area. In this space you'll find a couch, lounge chair, 60-inch Samsung Smart TV, board games, desk (with standing desk capabilities), desk chair, computer monitor, mouse, keyboard and large whiteboard. Whether you're looking work or play, this is the space for you.
At the end of the day, choose from one of our six luxury beds:
(1) Our Master bedroom is complete with a King bed with a Purple mattress, closet, dresser, 36-inch Samsung Smart TV, door leading to the deck and en suite bath.
(2) Our first King bedroom has a Purple mattress, dresser, closet, 38-inch Samsung Smart TV and nearby bathroom.
(3) Our second King bedroom has a Purple mattress, dresser, closet, 38-inch Roku TV and nearby bathroom.
(4-5) Our Queen bedroom features a Queen bed, Full bed,dresser, closet, 36-inch Insignia Smart TV and nearby bathroom.
(6) Our final bed is a King pullout bed and can be found in the game room.
Through a door off the dining room, you'll find a deck area complete with a BBQ grill and 6-person outdoor dining table. This space can also be accessed through the Master bedroom.

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
