Boat to Siesta Beach (#1 Beach in the USA) in 15 minutes via new MidnightPass opening; no need to fight beach parking and lugging beach stuff! Fish right off the backyard or kayak (two provided) 15 minutes to Turtle Beach. Open plan kitchen, living and dinning area. Grand kitchen island seating six with separate 8-person dinning table convenient for entertaining. Covered second floor lanai dining and built-in BBQ area. Third floor lanai and living area boasts sweeping views of Siesta Key and sunsets.
The space
Step outside your luxury accommodations for easy access to boating and fishing. Bring your own boat/jet ski (or rent nearby) and enjoy private access to Little Sarasota Bay and Turtle Beach on Siesta Key. Fish right off the backyard or kayak (two provided) 15 minutes to Turtle Beach.

BOATING: Private use of our dock. Boat channel is directly in front of our shoreline, well maintained, and water depth varies but high tide can be 4 feet and low 2 feet 10 inches. Most boats up to 30 feet can easily navigate our channel. Our dock usually has 4 feet of water at high tide.
NEARBY: Conveniently located near many shopping, restaurant, and beach destinations. Only 4 miles to Siesta Key, 7 miles to Nokomis Beach, 8 miles to downtown Sarasota, and 9 miles to Venice Island.

Summary: Where do I even begin? Our week-long stay at this beautiful home was absolutely wonderful! We loved preparing meals in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen—it had everything we could possibly need. The complimentary coffee was a delightful touch, and the freshly ground coffee made in the built-in coffee machine was, hands down, some of the best we’ve had in a long time.The bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable, and the outdoor decks provided a perfect spot to relax. The kids’ playroom was a lifesaver for our young grandchildren, keeping them entertained throughout our stay. Most of our time was spent enjoying the incredible saltwater pool with stunning views of the bay.Joanna was amazing—super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this gorgeous home, conveniently located near great restaurants, shopping, the beach, and Siesta Key.
