The main floor of the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining, and living areas. A laundry room is available with a washer and dryer. Read a book, work on a puzzle, or take a nap in the beautiful sunroom that sits off the back of the home and overlooks the lake. A relaxing deck with a gas grill, large table and umbrella, and easy access to the main level overlooks the lake and receives wonderful late afternoon/evening shade. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a Keurig coffee maker, crock pot, double oven, full sized fridge, and dishwasher.
The lower level of the home has one bedroom and bathroom and walks out to a large, partially covered patio and access to the lake. All ages will find entertainment in the game room on this level.
