This cottage-style house is located in a close-knit, peaceful neighborhood. It sits hon a hill and has year long panoramic views of Beavers Lake. The home's kitchen opens seamlessly into the dining area and living room where a wood burning fireplace will be found. There is one full sized leather sofa that reclines and a leather recliner. A wall mounted 70" 4K Smart television will keep you entertained if you can keep yourself from staring out the windows at the lake; the water below is mesmerizing. The upstairs of the home includes one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a second bedroom with two twin-sized beds. The bathroom has an easily accessible, large walk-in shower. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer that comes with detergent and softener.
