Located in one of the safest and most quiet neighborhoods that Sapulpa has to offer, this home has all the space and comfort you could ask for. With its large, private pool, you’ll be enjoying some R&R in the sun in no time.
Walk through the back door and feel the stress leave your body as you see the beautiful, crystal clear, pool to your left. You'll love sitting on the porch swing or a lounger for your morning coffee and to wind down with drinks made at the wet bar in the evening (BYO drinks, only a variety of glasses provided). Enter the threshold and walk into the cozy living area where you'll be greeted with a sense of ease and cleanliness in my little 1970’s built “cottage” with lots of character.
This 3 bedroom home sleeps 6 and has seating for 8 between the inside and the outside tables. Enjoy the sitting room for a little conversation or just a quiet moment to yourself as you enjoy the view of this sweet neighborhood community. Washer and Dryer in the laundry room past the kitchen.
POOL AND BACKYARD
Pool open season varies from year to year depending on the weather. Please reach out for dates!!! Do not assume that my pool will be open as I do close it during fall and winter. I do not have a pool heater! My pool is cleaned once a week- don’t let my pool cleaners scare you if you happen to see them during your visit. Have fun soaking up the sun and the atmosphere. My backyard is one of my favorite places.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
As you walk down the hall, you’ll have all 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each room features cozy beds, large closets with storage and dressers. The Primary bedroom has an en-suit bathroom and seating area, and the front bedroom has a 2nd TV. There’s a separate bathroom in the hall featuring lots of good lighting, counter space, and a shower/tub combo.
LIVING ROOM
Enjoy a drink made at the wet bar (BYO drinks, but I do supply an array of classes), lounge on the cozy couches and enjoy a 55" Smart TV. BYO passwords (remember to logout when you leave).
KITCHEN
This unique and expansive kitchen makes cooking and cleaning up a breeze with all the counter space you could dream off, and a variety of random cooking supplies. Small appliances include traditional coffee maker and grinder. This is a full kitchen with a fridge, electric oven and burners, and microwave.
EXPECTATIONS:
Upon arrival you will have clean sheets and covers on all beds. A stack of towels in each bathroom (feel free to wash as needed!).

SECURITY CAMERAS
There are security cameras around the outside of the home for security, insurance, and city regulations. There is one on the doorbell, one above the garage, one over both gates leading into the backyard, and one over the pool area. They record video and sound, motion activated, are “on” 24/7, and are saved for both guest and host safety.
